Simple Return Policy:
You don't like it, send it back!
You have 30 days from the shipped date to do so. Items received back at our warehouse after 30 days from the original ship date will not be accepted back. We will return these items to you.
Clothing items must be unworned to qualify for a refund. Clothing items returned not in new condition will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.
You may return merchandise to www.NewYorkSportsFactory.com by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, you must log into your NewYorkSportsFactory.com account. Under the section "My Orders", you will see a link called "RMA Request". You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria above. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
